减量化XG600高强钢热轧板的组织与性能

摘要 遵循减量化生产原则,设计了低成本的高强钢热轧卷板XG600的化学成分体系,在C-Mn钢成分的基础上,减免较贵重的Nb、V、Cr、Mo,增加较便宜的Ti含量。研究了化学成分和工艺参数对热轧高强钢组织和性能的影响,通过优化轧制工艺及控冷工艺,获得了具有以细小均匀铁素体为主的理想显微组织,进而也获得了具有良好力学性能的600 MPa级热轧高强钢卷板。 Following the reduction principle,the low cost chemical components system of XG600 was designed,on the basis of the C-Mn steel components,the content of precious Nb was reduced and the V,Cr,Mo were relieved and the content of cheaper Ti was increased.The influence of the chemical composition and process parameters on the microstructure and properties was researched.The results show that by optimized rolling technology and controlling cold strip process technology,the hot-rolling coils grade 600 MPa have fine and uniform ferrite in majority and fine mechanical properties.
