摘要
采用光学显微镜和显微硬度计等测试方法,对Cr12MoV钢轴瓦球化退火和低淬低回工艺处理后的显微组织进行观察,测试3种外形尺寸轴瓦的热处理畸变。结果表明,轴瓦中带状碳化物较明显,大块及长杆状共晶碳化物经低淬低回工艺处理后依然存在且形态未发生明显改变;3种轴瓦内孔与外圆畸变趋于缩小,且内孔畸变量大于外圆,为后续机加工留量提供了数据参考。
Microstructure of Cr12MoV steel bush after spheroidized annealing and low temperature quenching and tempering was observed by OM and microhardness tester,distortion of three kinds of bush dimensions was tested.The results show that there is a more obvious banded carbide segregation in bush,large block and a long rod-shaped eutectic carbides remain after low temperature quenching and tempering and the form does not change significantly.Bore and cylindrical distortion of three kinds of bush tend to reduce and bore distortion is larger than cylindrical,this provides reference data for subsequent machining allowance.
