摘要
采用金相观察、硬度试验、动态机械热分析等方法研究了退火温度对热轧态Mg-0.6Zr合金阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,热轧态Mg-0.6Zr合金经过1 h退火处理,硬度下降,阻尼性能提高,当退火温度在250~350℃范围内,阻尼性能随退火温度的升高而增加,当退火温度超过350℃后,阻尼性能增幅减小。该合金阻尼性能的变化基本符合G-L位错钉扎模型。
The influence of annealing temperature on damping capacities of Mg-0.6Zr alloy was investigated by using optical microscope,hardness test and dynamic mechanical analysis.The results show that after annealing for 1 h the hardness of the hot rolled Mg-0.6Zr alloy decreases,but the damping capacity increases.The damping capacity increases with the increasing of annealing temperature at the range of 250-350 ℃,however,the amplification of damping capacity decreases while the annealing temperature is over 350 ℃.The damping capacity of Mg-0.6Zr alloys at different conditions conforms to the dislocation pinning model of G-L approximately.
