摘要
针对两种不同成分的基板,利用连续退火模拟机研究了退火工艺对Mn、Si等合金元素在基板表面富集的影响。对大生产试制时不同退火工艺产品镀层缺陷进行了研究。结果显示,随退火温度升高和带速的降低,合金元素向基板表面富集,破坏了界面阻挡层的致密性,导致基板的可镀性降低。
Based on two kinds of sheets with different composition,the effects of annealing processing on Mn and Si element surface enrichment were studied using an annealing simulator.The coating defects of the products manufactured in industrial lines with different annealing processes were analyzed.The results show that with increase of annealing temperature and decrease of sheet moving speed,the alloy elements are enriched to the sheet surface,which leads the density of inhibition layer to be destroyed and coating adhesion to decrease.
