摘要
研究了18Cr2Ni4WA钢在840℃温度下保温时间15 min,采用CaCl2水溶液和液氮淬火介质进行冷却处理后(强烈淬火)的组织和力学性能。结果表明,试样分别经CaCl2水溶液、液氮和CaCl2水溶液+液氮双介质淬火获得的显微组织主要为细小的板条马氏体。与传统淬火工艺比较,抗拉强度、伸长率、断面收缩率及冲击吸收能量均有显著提高。CaCl2水溶液淬火1 s再液氮淬火2 s后获得的综合力学性能较优。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel after austenizing at 840 ℃ for 15 min and intensive quenching in the medium of CaCl2 solution and liquid nitrogen was investigated.The results show that the microstructure of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel quenched by CaCl2 solution,liquid nitrogen respectively and timed quenching in CaCl2 solution and liquid nitrogen is main fine lath martensite.Compared with conventional quenching,the tensile strength,elongation,section shrinkage and impact toughness are improved remarkably.Besides,the sample after timed quenching in CaCl2 solution for 1 s and in liquid nitrogen for 2 s can get better comprehensive mechanical properties.
