摘要
对渗氮K340钢塑料挤出螺杆和渗氮K340钢刀盘的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,挤出螺杆发生断裂是由校直工艺不当和渗氮层过厚双重因素引起的;刀盘边缘崩刃则是由渗氮层过厚引起。
Fracture cause of plastic extruding screw and cutter disk for nitrided K340 steel and the white layer forming after nitriding were analyzed.The results show that the cracking of plastic extruding screw result from incorrect straightening process and too thick intriding layer,cracking of cutter disk result from too thick nitriding layer.
