桡骨远端锁定钛板内固定治疗锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折效果探析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨采用桡骨远端锁定钛板内固定方法治疗锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折的临床效果。方法本次研究对象选自长葛市人民医院骨科2008年3月至2011年12月收治的锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折患者43例,23例(观察组)采用桡骨远端锁定钛板内固定治疗,将其临床结果与采用常规骨科治疗的20例患者(对照组)的结果进行回顾性分析。结果对照组20例中,骨折延迟愈合及畸形愈合各1例,感染2例,肩关节微痛2例,并发症总发生率为30%;观察组23例中,肩关节微痛1例,并发症总发生率为4.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论应用桡骨远端锁定钛板内固定治疗锁骨近端粉碎性骨折,具有良好的安全性和有效性,可显著改善患者生存质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the distal radius locking titanium plate fixation for clavicle proximal comminuted fractures. Methods Forty-three patients with eomminuted fractures in proximal subclavia from March 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital were selected. Twenty- three patients were treated by distal radius locking titanium plate internal fixation, Twenty patients (ontrol group) were treated by conventional treatment. The clinical results of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the control group, 1 case with delay fracture healing, 1 case with malunion fracture healing,2 cases with infection and 2 cases with the shoulder slight pain, the complication rate was 30. 0%. In the observation group, 1 case with the shoulder slight pain, the complication rate was 4.3%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). the total efficiency rate in the obsevation group was higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The application of the distal radius locking titaium plate internal fixation in the treatment of eomminuted fractures in proximal subclavian, has a good safety and efficacy, and can significantly improve patients' life quality.
