摘要
目的探讨降低高龄患者手术麻醉风险的方法。方法对110例高龄患者的临床麻醉资料进行回顾性分析。结果110例患者手术麻醉处理恰当、麻醉效果满意、患者的生命体征基本平稳。结论对高龄患者进行充分的手术前评估并积极处理手术前合并症，根据个体化原则选择麻醉方法及麻醉药剂量，加强术中、术后监测，可确保高龄患者围术期安全。
Objective To investigate the methods to reduce the risk of surgical anesthesia in aged patients by analyzing clinical anesthesia of 110 cases. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed clinical anesthesia data of 110 cases in aged patients admitted in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011. Results Anesthesia management of 110 cases were appropriate, anesthetic effects were satisfied and the patients＇ vital signs were stable. Conclusions There are some ways to ensure perioperative safety in aged patients, such as adequate preoperative evaluation and positive treatment of complications before surgery, choose the anesthetic techniques and drug dose according to the principle of individual, strengthen the monitoring during and after operation, ensure the perioperative security of aged patients.
