摘要
文中介绍了一种低成本、高可靠性的A/D转换器(ADC)转换精度的计算机辅助测试方法,并对测试系统的原理、结构及算法进行了描述。该方法适合于分辨率低于16位的逐次逼近型ADC的测试,对ADC的入厂检验测试有一定的实用价值。
A technique for computer aided test of the accuracy of analog-to-digital converters(ADC )is presented .which is cost-effective and highly reliable. The principle of the test system and its structure are introduced. And the test algorithm is described. The technique is suitable for test of successive approximation ADC's with a resolution of 16-bit and below.
