摘要
许多工业产品中都含邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DEHP)这一化学成分,近年来发现其对哺乳动物生殖系统有着严重的毒副作用,且在雄性和雌性的发育中均有表现。哺乳动物生殖系统发育涉及多种激素和基因的调节,而DEHP可对其中的某些关键性环节产生干扰作用。研究DEHP毒理的发生及作用机制,将对生殖系统疾病的预防、诊断及治疗具有重要的临床意义。
DEHPs,chemicals contained abundantly in many industrial products,had severe adverse effects on mammalian reproductive system involved in both male and female development. The development of mammalian reproductive system is related to a variety of hormones and the regulation of genes. DEHPs could inteffer the key steps of hormone metabolism or gene expression. This review focused on the toxie effects of DEHP,and its mechanism,which is important for clinic to prevent,diagnose and treat the diseases of reproductive system.
