注射用骨瓜提取物不良反应系统分析

Systematic analysis for adverse drug reaction of injectable bone-melon extract

目的:探讨注射用骨瓜提取物不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法:检索中国知网原始文献数据库(1979-2011年)中注射用骨瓜提取物致不良反应的文献,并对其进行统计分析。结果:发现骨瓜提取物不良反应的主要类型有过敏反应、过敏性休克、高热和速发变态反应,其中过敏反应构成比为37.5%,过敏性休克为43.75%,且发生时间大多在用药后10 min内。结论:临床上应加强注射用骨瓜提取物应用的监控,以减少不良反应的发生。

Objective： To investigate the general patterns and characteristics of the adverse drug reaction（ADR） induced by the injection of bone-melon extract.Methods： The literature related to the ADR induced by the injection of bone-melon extract reported during 1979-2011 in CNKI were searched and analyzed.Results： The main ADRs induced by the extraction of bone-melon injection were anaphylaxis（37.5%）,anaphylactic shock（43.75%）,high fever and immediate allergy,which immediately occurred mostly within 10 min after dosing.Conclusion： Clinicians should tightly monitor the use of injection of bone-melon extract to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
