摘要
《工伤保险条例》实施2年来,拓宽了制度发展空间,规范了管理,提高了效率。不过,其仍存在基金管理漏洞、扩面任重道远、费率不尽合理、预防、康复功能发挥不够等不足。为优化工伤保险制度,应严格规范基金使用,建立科学费率机制,加强扩面,强化风险防控,推动工伤预防和工伤康复开展,并加强宣传培训。
Since Injury Insurance Regulations has implemented for 2 years, it broaden the system development space, standardized management and improved efficiency. Nevertheless, there are still some deficiencies like fund administering contains loopholes, extending the coverage still has a long way to go, the rate is not reasonable, prevention and rehabilitation functioning is not enough. To optimize the industrial injury insurance system, we should strictly regulate the use of the Fund, establishing a scientific rate mechanism, extending the coverage, strengthening risk prevention and control, promoting injury prevention and injury rehabilitation to carry out and strengthening advocacy training.
