摘要
由各种原因导致的患者就医过程中病历及相关资料姓名错误的现象在各医院普遍存在,当患者提出要求更正时,各医院处理方式各不相同,也没有普遍公认或统一规定的处置方法或预防措施,希望通过本文的分析、讨论对此问题的妥善处置起到一定的借鉴和参考作用。
It is common to put patient name wrongly in their medical records and other related materials in many hospitals. When patients request corrections, the response of different hospital varies: no universally accepted or unified method or preventive measures are available. Hopefully, the analysis of this article can serve as a reference for the proper treatment of such an affair.
