Promoting Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship with the Work in Chinese Communist Party Construction

通过分析当前医患关系紧张的根本原因,探讨在卫生系统中开展党建工作的新思路与新对策,研究共建和谐医患关系新方法。通过经传媒向大众多报道卫生系统好人好事,塑造医务人员正面形象,引导主流舆论。通过党建工作,真正践行医务人员全心全意为人民健康服务的宗旨,探索促进医患和谐之路。

This article discusses new ways and countermeasures of carrying out the Chinese Communist Party construction work in the health system and promoting harmonious doctor-patient relationship through analyzing the main reasons of the intense doctor-patient relationship and the effects of the public opinion and the power of role models. We used mass media to inform the public of good people and deeds in hospitals to promote medical personnel＇s positive image and lead the main currents of public opinion. We should stick to the aim of serving people＇s health heart and soul through Party construction and explore a new way to promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
