医院文化有广义、狭义之分。广义医院文化是一种大文化观念,是指医院存在方式的总和,可分为:医院的发展战略、医院的精神、医院的形象等;狭义的医院文化是指贯穿于医院工作的全部、医院发展的始终,侧重于精神内涵、思维方式、经营理念、精神面貌等方面的内涵表现;其核心是医院组织系统在长期的医疗活动过程中能形成的,并为医院医护人员共同遵守的价值观念、基本信念和行为准则。
There are two kinds of definition of hospital culture, one in broad sense and the other narrow sense. ]n the broad sense, hospital culture is a great culture concept and refers to the sum of the hospital existence, which includes hospital development strategy, hospital spirit and hospital image. In the narrow sense, hospital culture focuses on the spiritual connotation, thinking pattern, management concept, mental outlook that is reflected in all the work and through the development of hospital. The core of .hospital culture is value system, fundamental belief and code of conducts that come into being during the long-term operation of the hospital organization system which are complied by all the medical staff of the hospital.
