小白板在护理管理中的应用效果

Effect of the Application of Small Whiteboards in Nursing Management

为了使护理服务更贴心和到位,我科在每一病房使用小白板来加强细节管理,使用以来起到了以下作用:护士责任心进一步加强了,护士服务前移;病人的遵医遵护行为明显提高;对我院住院病人外出检查流程的改进起到了推动作用;促进了护患沟通,密切了护患关系;护士的职业价值感明显提升了。

To provide more considerate nursing service, small whiteboards are applied in every ward in our department to strengthen the detail management. It had positive effect in the following aspects： enhanced nurses＂ sense of responsibility; better cooperation from patients; improved process for patients of our department going for examines in other departments of the hospital; better communication between nurses and patients; closer nurse-patient relationship and an increase in the sense of value of nurses.
