摘要
知识经济时代,人才已成为竞争中取胜的第一要素。医疗市场的角逐,归根到底是人才的竞争。文章对医院人才工作建设中,通过树立"人才优先"理念做到人才资源优先开发、人才结构优先调整、人才投资优先保证、人才机制优先创新以及在用好用活人才的实践中,注重处理好"移树和种树"、"学历和能力"、"赛马和相马"的关系,对医院创新人才理念、完善人才机制进行了论述。
In the era of knowledge economy, talent has become the first factor to win in the competition. The competition in the medical market, in essence, is the competition of talents. This article discusses the innovation of talent concept and the improvement of talent mechanism. In the work of hospital personnel construction, in order to give play to the talents, the relationship between "removing a tree" and "planting a tree", academic degree and capability, "horse race" and "horse scout" deserves more attention. The principle of "talent-related matters first" should be established: priority should be given to talent resources development, talent structure adjustment, talent investment and talent mechanism innovation.
