益气通络汤联合早期康复对急性脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损和牛津残障评分的影响

Effects of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction Combined with Early Rehabilitation on the Improvement of Neural Function Deficit and Oxford Handicap Scale(OHS)in Patients with Acute Ischemic Cerebral Stroke

目的:观察益气通络汤联合早期康复对急性脑梗塞神经功能缺损和牛津残障评分的影响。方法:选择101例急性脑梗塞患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用:益气通络汤合并早期康复与常规治疗;对照组采用:常规治疗及常规康复治疗。观察指标是神经功能评价(NIHSS)、社会功能评价(牛津残障评分OHS)。结果:(1)治疗组、对照组两组患者NIHSS评分、OHS评分对比,治疗后各时间点数据差别有统计学意义,两组间差异有统计学意义,治疗组NIHSS评分、OHS评分改善程度优于对照组;(2)服用益气通络汤期间,3例患者无法耐受中药,退出课题研究,余无明显不良反应发生。结论:益气通络汤联合早期康复可改善患者神经功能缺损评分,减轻病残,提升运动功能。

Objective：To study the effects of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction combined with early rehabilitation on the improvement of neural function deficit and Oxford Handicap Scale（OHS） in patients with acute ischemic cerebral stroke.Methods： 101 cases of neurological in-patiens selected from Quzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group（47 cases） was treated with Western medicine combined with conventional rehabilitation and experimental group（54 cases） was given Yiqi Tongluo Decoction combined with early rehabilitatio on the basis of Western medicine.The treatmeat course was 30 days.The keyindexes record were National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）,Oxford Handicap Scale（OHS）,Safety and hemorrheology index.Results：（1） Comparsion between the two groups with NIHSS score and Oxford Handicap Scale（OHS） had significant difference;experimental group was superior to the control group about NIHSS score and OHS score.（2）Treated with Yiqi Tongluo Decoction, 3 patients who cannot take Chinese traditional medicine exited the research,there were no patients with serious reactions. Conclusion：Yiqi Tongluo Decoction combined with early rehabilitation is able to improve the daily activities,quality of patients and reduce neurological defects.
