萱草根及萱草花的化学成分和药理作用研究进展

Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Research Progress of Hemerocallis fulva Roots and Flowers

目的:为深入研究开发萱草属药用植物,对萱草根与萱草花的化学成分与药理作用的研究进展作以综述。方法:通过对国内外近20年来的文献查阅、整理与分析,阐述有关萱草根和萱草花的化学成分和药理作用的研究概况。结果:萱草的主要成分为蒽醌和2,5-二氢呋喃酰胺衍生物,还含有生物碱、黄酮、萘酚、甾醇、皂甙、脂肪族、单苯环衍生物等化学成分。萱草根应用于对血吸虫病的治疗,也具有抗结核、抗菌、抗肿瘤等药理作用;萱草花的主要药理作用是镇静安神,也具有抗抑郁、预防肝炎等作用。结论:萱草含有多种于人体有益的化学成分,具有极佳的营养价值及药用价值。

Objective：To further research medicinal plants of Hemerocallis fulva,we reviewed the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of progress of Hemerocallis fulva roots and flowers.Method：Through searching,sorting out and analyzing literature review in recent 20 years at home and abroad,the research profile of chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of Hemerocallis fulva roots and flowers were studied.Result：The main components contains not only Anthraquinone,2,5-Dihydrofuran amide derivative,but also Alkaloids,flavonoids,naphthol,sterols,saponins,aliphatic, single benzene ring derivatives and so on.Hemerocallis fulva roots can be applied to treat schistosomiasis,at the same time it also has the pharmacological effects of anti-tuberculosis,anti-bacterial,and anti-tumor.The main pharmacological effects are sedation and tranquilization,it also has the role of anti-depression and prevention of hepatitis. Conclusion：Hemerocallis fulva contains a variety of useful chemical compositions,while it also has excellent nutritional value and medicinal value.
