五加菌丝体胶囊增强小鼠免疫功能的实验研究

Experimental Study on Enhancement of Wujiajunsiti Capsule on the Immunity Activity in Mice

目的:研究五加菌丝体胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响,为评估其保健药用价值提供参考。方法:检测高中低剂量组1.00、0.67、0.33 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)给小鼠服药后ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化率,二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导迟发型变态反应,抗体生成细胞数及血清溶血素的生成等4项免疫学指标。结果:各剂量组对小鼠迟发型变态反应,血清溶血素的生成均有明显增强效应,高剂量组对脾淋巴细胞转化率,抗体生成细胞有提高效应。结论:提示该胶囊具有一定的免疫增强功能,是其对肿瘤康复治疗有效的机理之一。

Objective：To study the immunity enhancement activity of Wujiajunsiti Capsule.Method：The level of ConA-induced spleen cell transformation was tested and compared between the groups of mice,which were fed with the high, medium and low dose groups of drug（1.00、0.67、0.33 g·kg^（-1）·d^（-1））,and those which were not（control group）.The level of dinitrofluorobenzene（DNFB）-induced delayed type hypersensitivity,the number of antibody-producing cells and serum hemolysin fonnation were also tested and compared.Result：Tests showed that the high,medium and low dose groups of drug can enhance the level of DNFB-induced delayed type hypersensitivity and serum hemolysin formation. And only the high dose group can enhance the level of ConA-induced spleen cell transformation and the number of antibody-producing cell.Conclusion：Results show that the capsule has a strong immune enhancement activity,so it could be used in recovery therapy against tumor.
