刮痧疗法对吉西他滨联合顺铂方案相关血白细胞减少症的疗效评价

Comparative Study of Guasha Therapy in the Treatment of Leucopenia Induced by Gemcitabine plus Cisplatin

目的:比较刮痧疗法与升白药物利血生在缓解吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)方案所致血白细胞减少症方面的疗效差异。方法:45例行GP方案化疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为刮痧组,利血生组及单纯化疗组。对3组患者化疗期间所引发的血液学毒性及相关不良事件发生率进行系统性分析,评价刮痧疗法在改善化疗所致不良反应方面的效果。结果:刮痧疗法可在一定程度上提升肿瘤患者化疗后外周血白细胞及中性粒细胞计数水平,特别在减少Ⅲ度以上白细胞减少症发生率方面效果明显优于利血生片的药物治疗方案(P<0.05);刮痧疗法可在一定程度上减少延期、减量或终止化疗病例数,缩短患者住院时间。结论:与化疗联合利血生片方案比较,在接受GP方案化疗的患者中运用刮痧疗法可显著降低治疗期间Ⅲ度以上白细胞减少症的发生率。

Objective：To compare the curative effect differences between Guasha therapy and leucogen in the treatment of leucopenia induced by gemcitabine plus cisplatin.Methods：45 patients with advanced malignant tumor were divided into the Guasha therapy group,the leucogen group and the chemo group.The clinical curative effect of the treatment of leucopenia induced by chemotherapy between three groups was analyzed systematically.Result：The Guasha therapy could rise up both the patients＇peripheral white blood cells and neutrophil levels during the chemotherapy to some extent,especially in the patients with 3～4 grade leucopenia during the chemo,which showed a significant difference contrast with the leucogen group（P0.05）.In the Guasha therapy group,chemotherapy circle was rarely delayed,diminished or canceled, and the length of patient stay was shorter than that in the other two groups,but there was no significant difference among these groups.Conclusion：By applying the Guasha therapy during the GP chemotherapy,the incidence of the 3～4 grade leucopenia can be diminished more remarkably than the single chemotherapy or chemo plus leucogen therapy.
