不同产地金银花中绿原酸及木犀草苷的含量测定 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究不同产地不同加工方法的金银花中主要成分含量的差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸及木犀草苷的含量。测定绿原酸的流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87),色谱柱为Agilent ZorbaxSB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为327 nm;测定木犀草苷的流动相为乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸(梯度洗脱),色谱柱为Agilent ZorbaxSB-phenyl(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为350 nm。结果:不同产地不同干燥方法加工的金银花其绿原酸及木犀草苷含量相差甚大。结论:山东、河南、江浙赣地区金银花质量呈现优势。 Objective:To study the different area and different processing methods of the contents of main components in honeysuckle.Methods:The high performance liquid chromatography method was used for the determination of chlorogenic acid and mignonette glycosides content.Determination of chlorogenic acid in the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.4%phosphoric acid solution(13:87),the column was Agilent Zorbax SB -C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),detection wavelength was 327 nm.Determination of reseda glycosides as mobile phase acetonitrile -0.4%acetic acid(gradient elution),chromatography column for Agilent ZorbaxSB -phenyl(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),velocity of flow was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results:For different area and different drying methods,the contents of chlorogenic acid and mignonette glycoside had big difference.Conclusion:Honeysuckle in Shandong,Henan,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Jiangxi area has advantage on quality.
