HPLC法测定前列安通胶囊中苦杏仁苷的含量

HPLC Determination of Amygdalin in Qianlieantong Capsules

目的:建立前列安通胶囊中苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6-m,,5μm);流动相:乙腈0.1%磷酸溶液(8:92);检测波长为210 nm;柱温35℃。结果:苦杏仁苷进样量在0.1606～3.212μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),样品平均回收率为98.41%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。结论:此方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于前列安通胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of amygdalin in Qianlieantong Capsules.Method：Zorbax SB -C_（18）（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used and the mobile phase was acetomitrile -0.1%phosphoric acid solution（8： 92）.The wavelength of detector was 210 nm,the column temperature was 35℃.Results：A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of amygdalin in the range of 0.1606～3.212μg（r =0.9999）.The average recovery（n = 6） was 98.41%（RSD = 1.01%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Qianlieantong Capsules.
