热敏灸预防脑卒中后便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Thermal Moxibustion on Preventing Constipation after Stroke

目的:研究热敏灸在预防脑卒中后便秘中的作用。方法:将60例脑卒中患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用热敏点灸法进行治疗,对照组30例,为空白对照组,两组病人均采用西医常规药物及改善肢体功能的针刺治疗,连续观察2周。评测两组在治疗第4天便秘的发生率及治疗2周后便秘临床症状评分,并记录不良反应。结果:治疗组出现便秘的人数比对照组的人数少,经x^2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在便秘症候评定标准的评分方面,治疗组评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组优于对照组。结论:热敏点灸法能减少卒中患者便秘的发生率,减少便秘临床症候评分,从而有效预防卒中后便秘的发生。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of thermal moxibustion on preventing constipation after stroke. Method：60 cases of patients with stroke were randomly assigned to two groups：there were 30 cases in therapeutic group which were treated by thermal moxibustion.The other 30 cases were treated as a control group.Patients in both groups were all treated by conventional Western medicine and acupuncture treatment and the function of limbs improvement was continuously observed for two weeks.The two groups were evaluated the rate of constipation on the fourth day after therapy and the scores of constipation clinical syndrome after two weeks.Adverse reactions were recorded.Results：The number of patients with constipation were fewer in the therapeutic group than that in the control group,by the x2（chi-square） test,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.The scores in the therapeutic group were less than that in the control group on the score of constipation symptoms in evaluation standard,the differences had statical significance（P0.001）. The therapeutic group was superior to the control group.Conclusions：Thermal moxibustion can decrease the incidence of constipation after stroke and the clinical symptoms scores,it could efficiently prevent constipation after stroke.
