参仙生脉口服液治疗慢性心律失常的疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid in Treating Chronic Antiarrhythmic

目的:对应用参仙生脉口服液对患有慢性心律失常的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取90例患有慢性心律失常的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组45例。A组患者采用生脉饮口服液进行治疗;B组患者采用参仙生脉口服液进行治疗。结果:B组患者在用药后的总体有效率和治愈率明显高于A组患者;该组患者用药一段时间后心电图的改善情况明显优于A组患者;该组患者在治疗后的最快、最慢、平均心率明显高于A组患者;该组患者治疗期间出现的并发症的人数明显少于A组患者;该组患者在停药一段时间后病情的再次复发率明显低于A组患者。结论:应用参仙生脉口服液对患有慢性心律失常的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常理想。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid on patients with chronic ar- rhythmia.Methods：90 cases with chronic arrhythmia were divided into two groups of A and B,45 cases in each group. Group A patients were treated by Shengmai Oral Liquid;group B patients used Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid for treatment. Results：The overall effective rate and cured rate of group B patients were significantly higher than that of group A; the change of electrocardiogram of patients in group B was significandy higher than that of group A;the fastest,slowest and mean heart rates were significandy higher than that of group A;the group of patients during treatment complications are less likely than patients in the A group;the relapse rate was significandy lower than that in group A.Conclusion：The application of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid on patients with chronic cardiac arrhythmia has ideal effect.
