摘要 如何将大量实验室基础研究成果有效地转化为临床应用．是摆在当今全世界科学家与医生面前的巨大挑战。下面将介绍冠心病遗传学研究成果在转化医学领域中堪称典范的转化应用。 Coronary heart disease(CHD) has both genetic and environmental precipitants and is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality globally.Tremendous advances in genetic architecture of CHD have promoted the prevention and therapeutics.The major genetic advances of CHD and clinical translation in recent years are reviewed.
