政府购买学前教育服务状况的调查与思考——以苏州市工业园区为例

The Investigation and Thinking on the Effect of Government Purchasing Preschool Education Service:Taking Industrial Park of Suzhou as An Example

本研究对苏州市工业园区政府购买学前教育服务政策的具体内容、政策的出台过程和实施情况进行了调查。结果显示，该项政策的制定和实施过程较严谨，幼儿园及家长对政策的满意度较高。但民办幼儿园教师的福利待遇和培训机会有待改善和增加．政府购买学前教育服务的政策有待进一步完善。

This paper is based on the interview and questionnaire about policy making and implementation of government purchasing preschool education service in the Industrial Park of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The result indicates that the policy making and the implementation process are fairly strict and both kindergartens and parents are quite satisfied with the policy. However, private kindergarten teachers＇ benefits need to be improved and in-service training opportunity should be increased; government policy of purchasing preschool education service needs to be perfected.
