摘要
问卷调查和访谈发现，上海市幼儿园新教师虽然认为组织实施公开观摩教学活动，尤其是对外展示性质的公开观摩教学活动的压力很大，但是大多认可组织实施公开观摩教学活动对自己专业发展的价值，愿意承担组织实施公开观摩教学活动的任务，认为这是一种锻炼，能让自己快速成长。新教师对组织实施公开观摩教学活动的感悟，值得关注。
The results of questionnaire and interview indicate that new kindergarten teachers think it is valuable for their professional development to teach open classes, although the pressure is high, especially those demonstration classes. By teaching this kind of classes they can obtain more experiences and develop more quickly. It is worthwhile to pay attention to how new kindergarten teachers reflect on those open class teaching.
