高校学前教育专业学生教育实习过程研究——问题关注视角 被引量:5

A Tracking Study on Student Teaching Practice of Pre-school Education from the Perspective of Concerns

摘要 了解高校学前教育专业学生在教育实习过程中最关心的问题及其对问题关注程度的发展变化。有助于帮助学生积极面对实习过程中可能产生的问题,做好心理调适,对实习保持合理的期待。研究发现,学生对四类问题的关注并不是从无到有、渐次出现的,而是同时加以关注.且一直保持较高关注度的。对其中的一些问题,同样的关注程度可能有不同的内涵。这在一定意义上反映了学生问题关注程度变化的多层次性和复杂性。相对而言,学生对幼儿一教学需要的关注程度最高,说明学生在开始实习时已经具备较强的专业意识。不过,在实习期间。学生持有的专业理念会经历巨大冲击。学生对与同事、领导间的关系和对自我生存与发展、管理一政策等问题的关注则反映了学生既关注“应然”问题又关注“实然”问题,并希望得到专业发展支持和专业地位提升诉求的满足等。 It is important to understand what concerns students have while practice teaching. This understanding can help students confront challenges, adapt themselves in the teaching environment and maintain reasonable expectation from their teaching. Researches find that student teachers pay close attention to many issues simultaneously rather than focus on specific one in a particular stage, and an equal level to the same issue is likely to contain different meanings. In a sense, these are reflections of the changes' hierarchies and complexities. Comparatively, child-teaching is their greatest concern, which is an illustration of student teachers' strong professional concept. However, their professional concept is also going through fierce conflict. Student teachers' concerns to relationship with colleagues and leaders, surviving and self development reflect not only that they care about both idealistic and realistic concerns, but also that they expect to acquire support and promotion.
