摘要
目的:研究不同工艺制备的消瘤平糖浆剂对小鼠免疫功能影响。方法:用不同体积分数乙醇将小柴胡汤进行分级沉淀,分别加入华蟾素和氟尿嘧啶制成消瘤平-Ⅰ、消瘤平-Ⅱ、消瘤平-Ⅲ、消瘤平-Ⅳ4种糖浆剂,采用MTT法检测其对脾淋巴细胞增殖情况,中性红法测腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果:消瘤平-Ⅰ、消瘤平-Ⅱ、消瘤平-Ⅲ均能促进脾淋巴细胞增殖和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用,且具有一定的量效关系。结论:所制备的4种糖浆剂中消瘤平-Ⅰ提高小鼠免疫功能效果最好。
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Xiaoliuping syrup produced by different preparation technologies on immune function in mice. METHODS Water extracts of Xiao Chaihu decoction underweng fractional precipitation by ethanol of different concentrations. Cinobufagin and fluorouracil were added and produced Xiaoliuping-I , Xiaoliuping-II, Xiaoliuping-III and Xiaoliuping-IV respectively. MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes. Phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages was tested by neutral red test. RESULTS Xiaoliuping-I ,Xiaoliuping- II and Xiaoliuping- III all were able to promote the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and phagocytosis of peritoneal maerophages, the dose-effect relationship exis ted. CONCLUSION Xiaoliuping I best the improved immune function in mice best.
