摘要
目的:观察蛭龙胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)水平和肾脏病理形态学的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饲料联合腹腔注射链尿佐菌素(STZ)45 mg/kg的方法制备DN模型,分别以不同药物对模型鼠进行灌胃,采用放射免疫法测定各组大鼠血清HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ和Ⅳ-C水平,观察肾脏病理形态学的变化。结果:蛭龙胶囊组大鼠血清HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ和Ⅳ-C降低,肾小球损害及肾间质纤维化程度减轻,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蛭龙胶囊能明显减轻DN模型大鼠肾小管间质病理损害,延缓肾间质纤维化的进展。
Objective：To verify the effects of ZhiLong capsule on renal pathomorphology and contents of Ⅳ-C,PC-Ⅲ,LN and HA in the serum of rats with early-stage diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Method：DN models were established with the method of high sugar and fat feed and peritoneal injection of STZ 45mg/kg,the models were given with intragastric administration of different drugs respectively.The contents of Ⅳ-C,PC-Ⅲ,LN and HA in the serum of rats were detected with radioimmunoassay to observe the changes of renal pathomorphology.Result：The contents of Ⅳ-C,PC-Ⅲ,LN and HA in the serum of rats in ZhiLong capsule group were decreased,glomerular damage and renal interstitial fibrosis were alleviated,it showed statistical meaning compared with the model group（P0.05）.Conclusion：ZhiLong capsule can remarkably relieve pathological lesions of renal tubular interstitial of the DN rat models and delay the development of renal interstitial fibrosis.
