兰州市社区卫生服务机构中医药健康教育资源现状调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解兰州市社区卫生服务机构中医药健康教育资源的配置情况,为制定中医药健康教育规划提供科学依据。方法:采取随机抽样的方式,在兰州市所有社区卫生服务中心(站)中抽取15家进行调查。结果:被调查单位中医专业人员仅占到卫生专业人员数量的27.8%,平均每1 917人才能享受1名中医的服务。中医专业人员的职称以初级、中级为主;中医宣传海报、折页、手册、挂图、书籍、传单等传统宣传材料较多,但制作古代名中医画像(塑像)、模型与实物等的机构比较少;中医文娱活动开展率仅为42.9%,运动功法的开展率为57.1%;负责中医药健康教育的工作人员接受过专业培训的仅占到50%,开展该项工作有专项经费支持者,也仅占50%。结论:中医药健康教育在社区卫生服务机构中的普及率还有待于进一步提高,应加大对于基层医疗卫生机构开展中医药健康教育工作的投入,加大中医专业人员配备力度。 Objective:To provide scientific evidence for establishing TCM health education program through knowing the facilities of TCM health education resources in Lanzhou community health service institutes.Method:All 15 community health service centers were chosen from all communities of Lanzhou with random sampling method and surveyed.Result:TCM professionals in the investigated units occupied 27.8% of health professionals,average 1917 persons can enjoy the service of one TCM doctor.Professional titles of TCM professionals mostly were primary and intermediate ones;most of traditional publicity materials were bill,foldout,handbook,wall chart,book,leaflet and other while there were few organizations making portraits of ancient famous TCM doctor,models and material objects;the rate of launching TCM recreational activities was only 42.9%,the rate of sports was 57.1%;The training rate of person responsible for TCM health education was only 50%,the rate of special financial support occupied 50%.Conclusion:The popularity rate of TCM health education in the community health service institute could be further improved,we should increase the investment to community health institutes in the grass-roots units launching TCM health education as well as TCM professionals.
