九子生精汤治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症40例临床研究

Clinical Study on JiuZi ShengJingTang in Treating 40 Cases of Oligoasthenozoospermia of Kidney Essence Insufficiency Pattern

目的:观察九子生精汤治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症的疗效和安全性。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组口服九子生精汤,1剂/d;对照组口服五子衍宗丸,6 g/次,2次/d。2组疗程均为3个月,并于治疗前后对2组患者进行精液参数及疗效观察。治疗组1例失访,对照组2例失访。结果:治疗组总有效率94.87%,受孕率7.69%;对照组总有效率78.95%,受孕率2.63%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组均能提高精液质量,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:九子生精汤治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症有确切疗效,能有效改善精子质量,且安全性好。

Objective：To explore the safety and curative effects of empirical formula JiuZi ShengJingTang in treating oligoasthenozoospermia of kidney-essence deficiency pattern.Method：Eighty patients were randomly divided into both groups,the treatment group took JiuZi ShengJingTang,one dose per day;the control group took WuZi YanZongWan,6g once,twice each day.The course of treatment was three months.The semen parameters and curative effects of both groups were observed before and after treating.During the course of observation,one case in the treatment group and two cases in the control group dropped.Result：Total effective rates and conception rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.87% and 7.69%,78.95% and 2.63%;clinical effects of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group（P0.01）.The quality of semen in both groups were improved but the treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：JiuZi ShengJingTang in treating oligoasthenozoospermia of kidney essence insufficiency pattern is safe;it can gain definite curative effect and improve the quality of semen.
