点揉推拿治疗颈源性眩晕60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Massage in Treating 60 Cases of Cervical Vertigo

目的:观察点揉推拿治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的120例颈源性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。治疗组采用点揉推拿治疗,先点揉太阳、印堂、百会、风池、率谷、列缺、合谷、足三里,再在颈肩部肌肉等处软组织施以拿、揉等推拿手法,1次/d。对照组常规取太阳、印堂、百会、风池、率谷、列缺、合谷、足三里等穴位进行针刺治疗,1次/d。2组均以治疗7次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察2组患者经颅多普勒(TCD)数值及临床疗效。结果:治愈率治疗组为56.67.00%,对照组为40.00%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为93.34%,对照组为80.00%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)治疗后与治疗前比有明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:点揉推拿治疗颈源性眩晕临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of massage in treating cervical vertigo.Method：All 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received massage,kneading Taiyang（EX-HN5）,Yintang（EX-HN3）,Baihui（DU20）,Fengchi（GB20）,Shuaigu（GB8）,Lieque（LU7）,Hegu（LI4）,Zusanli（ST36） first,and then grasping and kneading soft tissues such as the neck and shoulder,once each day.The control group were administered with Taiyang（EX-HN5）,Yintang（EX-HN3）,Baihui（DU20）,Fengchi（GB20）,Shuaigu（GB8）,Lieque（LU7）,Hegu（LI4）,Zusanli（ST36） needling,once per day.One course of treatment contained seven times,TCD and clinical effects of both groups were observed after two courses of treatment.Result：Cure rate of the treatment group was 56.67%,higher than 40.00% of the control group with significant difference（P0.05）.Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.34%,better than 80.00% of the control group with significant difference（P0.05）.Left vertebral artery（LVA）,right vertebral artery（RVA）,basilari arteriae（BA） after treating was lower than that before treating（P0.05）,after treating the treatment group improved more greatly than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Massage is effective in treating cervical vertigo.
