新型低损耗复合微波介质陶瓷的研究进展

综述了微波介质陶瓷材料的最新研究进展,总结了微波介质陶瓷材料制备工艺与微波性能的关系,给出了降低介电损耗的方法,并指明了制备工艺的不足和微波介质陶瓷材料今后发展的方向。

The present research status of microwave dielectric ceramics between synthesis technology with the dielectric properties is summarized,and to reduce dielectric loss. At last, the problem of the synthesis technology and microwave dielectric ceramics are pointed out. is reviewed, the relationship some methods are introduced the development trends of the
