摘要
基于模具的特性,提出了多种相同功能产品共模生产的方法。通过分析天窗版顶盖与非天窗顶盖产品的成形特点,阐述了OP20修边、冲孔和OP40翻边、整型、冲孔的模具结构以及其工作过程。采取增加集成电气化的技术措施,减少冲压工艺,实现共模生产,使产品的一致性更加稳定。降低了模具成本,提高了生产效率。
Based on the characters of the dies, some methods to produce products of homolo- gous function with the same dies had been put forward. By analyzing forming characteristics of sunroof and non-sunroof types of products, the dies' structure and working processes of OP20 trim and pierce and OP40 flange, restrike and pierce was introduced in detail. By increasing integrated electrification, the stamping process was simplified and the "share dies production" was realized. As a result, product consistency was ensured so that the cost of dies was reduced and the production efficiency was improved.
