摘要
侧围外板A柱区域冲压叠料缺陷是现有车型中普遍存在的现象。A柱区域前视野愈开阔,冲压工艺难度亦增加。A柱区域冲压叠料缺陷,在车身中属于B类缺陷,不仅影响到车身密封性,也会导致车身性能下降。通过对侧围外板研究,得出了解决侧围外板A柱区域冲压叠料的缺陷方法,能满足前视野功能设计;同时,解决了A柱区域冲压叠料缺陷,提高了白车身的目标等级。
Wrinkles around A pillar area of body side outer are universal in used-vehicle. The more open field of vision before A pillar area, the more difficult the stamping process will be. Identified as B-Class defects in BIW manufacturing, it will cause bad seal condition as well as degrade the body performance. By researching on the body side outer, solution to the defects was obtained, which can meet the functional design of foresight at the same time. Finally, BIW target level is promoted.
