摘要
异形修边废料滑出一直是模具行业一个难点,而利用NX公司的NX7.5设计软件,通过对相关参数的设定,可以较为真实模拟出废料在下滑过程中的状态,从理论上找出废料无法滑出问题的源头。提出了切实有效的解决方案,减少了各个环节不必要的工时浪费,从而可以规避风险,大大提高了模具制造效率,降低了模具成本。
Slip-out of special trimming scrap was always a difficulty in the mould industry. Setting the related parameters using NX7.5 design software, scrap slip-out in the process state was realistically simulated and through which the source of unable to slip-out was found in theory. Further put forward a practical and effective solution turned out to reduce unnec- essary time wasting and thus to avoid risk, improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce tooling costs.
