超强韧热处理技术在金属冷加工中的应用

摘要 介绍了超强韧热处理原理及其关键技术——晶粒细化技术,通过45钢和T8钢不同超强韧热处理实例,分析了晶粒细化的过程及效果。对超强韧热处理技术在金属冷加工中应用的可行性进行了研究,得出将再结晶退火温度按逐渐降低顺序呈阶梯状分布,既能恢复材料塑性又能细化基体晶粒,提高了材料强度和韧性。结果表明:超强韧热处理技术与压力加工工艺有机结合,实际生产应用效果良好。 Principle and key technology of ultra-strength & toughness heat treatment grain refining was introduced. With different ultra-strength & toughness heat treatment examples T8 and 45 #steels, grain refining process and effect had been analysied, ultra-strength & toughness heat treatment's feasibility in metal cold working was studied. It turned out that with descending order recrystallization temperature in trapezoidal distribution, material plasticity was recovered and the grain was refined, thus improving the material strength and toughness at the same time. toughness heat treatment and The results show that it is better to combine ultra-strength & press working organically in real production.
