为了提高制造业生产效率,在对生产计划管理现状分析的基础上,指出了ERP系统生产计划模块存在的问题。鉴于此,提出了ERP、APS、MES、PCS集成信息模式,并给出了传统ERP生产计划模块的优化对策。通过改变企业传统的生产计划模式来降低库存、提高交货速度,进而快速响应市场需求,是提高企业竞争力的理想方法。

In order to improve the manufacturing production efficiency, based on the analysis of present production planning management situation, problems existing in the ERP system production plan module was pointed out. In view of this, the ERP and APS, MES, PCS integrated information model was put forward, and countermeasures for the traditional ERP production plan module optimization was given. By changing the traditional enterprise production planning model to cut inventory and improve delivery speed, rapid response to the market demand is an ideal method to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
