高职生与新生代农民工价值体系共建探究

Construction of Value System of Higher Vocational Students and New Generation of Migrant Workers

社会主义核心价值体系是建设和谐文化的根本,高职生与新生代农民工在价值体系上共同存在功利主义倾向、道德素质滑坡、幸福感落差明显、精神文化匮乏等问题,可从以下四方面来共建两者的价值体系:以"产业报国"思想引领价值体系、将"权责统一"作为共建的前提、将"以人为本"作为共建的核心、用"文化融合"作为共建的重点。

The core value system of socialism lays a solid foundation of harmonious culture. Higher vocational students and new generation of migrant workers tend to be of utilitarianism, morality degradation, distinctive happiness gap, spiritual culture deficiency, etc. The author suggests that their value system be constructed in the aspects of establishing concepts of ＂industries serving the country＂, ＂unification of rights and responsibilities＂, and ＂people-oriented and cultural fusion＂.
