摘要
当大型部件使用法兰进行连接安装时必会碰到圆孔对中的问题,此类圆孔可采用数字图像处理技术来进行圆孔对中判断。该文在对已有圆孔对中理论的分析中,提出一种更快速方便的对中理论(半径扫描法)并对其进行分析,通过理想实验对其进行仿真测试,验证该理论的可行性。
Round hole alignment which can be solved by using digital theories, a new rapid and convenient experiment is carried out to prove the will occur during the connection installation between large components by flange, image processing technology. On the basis of the analyses of existing alignment method, radius scan method, is put forward and analyzed. An ideal simulation feasibility of the new method
