摘要
以风力发电机组中的新型液力机械传动系统为研究对象,通过分析风速变化对于传动系统的作用规律,得出了行星轮系输入端与输出端转速与转矩之间的关系。结合液力变矩器的工作特性,提出了系统正常运行应满足的要求,并以此为基础,给出了行星轮系结构参数的优化方法。最后针对某型号变矩器进行了具体的计算分析,为今后风机液力传动系统的深入研究提供了一定的理论依据。
This paper researches on new type hydro-mechanical transmission system in wind turbine generator system, analyzes the influence of the varied wind speed on the transmission system, obtains the relations of the input and output shaft speed and torque in the planetary gear train. With the performance characteristics of the torque ~onverter analyzed, the requirements for the normal operation of the system is presented, based on which the optimization method for the planetary gear train structure parameter is proposed. In the finality, detailed calculation and analysis on a certain torque converter are conducted, providing some theoretical bases for the further study on the wind turbine fluid transmission system.
