摘要 作为风电叶片检测必不可少的一个环节,叶片疲劳检测越来越受到人们的关注。该文列举了几种目前常用的疲劳检测方法,重点介绍了摆锤共振型叶片疲劳加载系统,并提出了基于激光测距传感器位移反馈的闭环控制系统。摆锤共振型疲劳加载方案需要工作在共振状态,因此通过试验获取共振频率非常重要。该文提出并对比分析了两种共振频率搜索的控制策略,认为频率扫描法操作简单,但是当搜索规模较大时宜采用趋势二分法快速定位共振频率。 As an indispensable element in wind turbine testing, the blade fatigue testing draws more and more attention. This paper lists some common fatigue testing methods among which the resonance excitation method is introduced in detail, with the close-loop control system based on the laser sensor displacement feedback proposed. The resonance frequency parameter is important because the resonance excitation system should vibrate at the resonance frequency. Two strategies to search the resonance frequency are proposed and analyzed to obtain the conclusion that the frequency scanning method is easy to implement, but the trend bisection method is more suitable in practical when the searching scale is relatively large.
