摘要
以原子力显微镜为主要研究工具,研究了BSA分子对CoCrMo合金和Al2O3陶瓷的吸附行为,测试了BSA吸附膜的厚度及BSA分子对CoCrMo合金和Al2O3陶瓷的吸附力。
The atomic force microscope was taken as the main tool to investigate the adsorption behavior of bovine serum albumin(BSA) molecules on CoCrMo alloys and Al2O3 ceramics in this article.The thickness of the BSA films and the adsorption force between BSA molecules and the samples were tested.
