摘要
基于晶界能和晶界曲率的晶粒生长驱动力理论,建立了二相粒子晶粒生长的元胞自动机模型。将二相粒子SiC对镁合金激光合金化中晶粒生长进行了模拟。结果表明,模拟过程稳定,模拟结果与其微观组织相吻合,建立的元胞自动机模型适用于SiC颗粒对镁合金激光表面合金化的晶粒生长情况。
A grain growth simulation model for SiC in the magnesium alloys laser alloying process based on cellualar automata was construcyed based on the grain growth driving force theory of grain boundary.The results showed that the simulation was stable.The simulation results were in good agreement with the microstructure of SiC materials.Cellular automata model was applicable to the grain growth simulation of magnesium alloy during laser alloying process.
