慢性心力衰竭患者体重监测频率对再入院率的影响

Impact of weight monitoring frequency on readmission rate for patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨慢性心衰患者体重监测频率对再入院率的影响。方法采用描述性研究设计。自行设计调查问卷。分析影响慢性心衰患者半年内住院次数的相关因素。结果心功能分级和有无监测体重习惯与再入院率有关;心功能Ⅲ级患者中,有无监测体重习惯与再入院率有显著性关系;体重监测相关知识可促进Ⅲ级心衰患者养成监测体重习惯,而体重监测频率增加了Ⅲ级心衰患者的再入院率(P<0.05)。结论有监测体重习惯的Ⅲ级心衰患者再入院率增加,应探索合理的护理干预,降低再入院率。

Objective To explore the impact of frequency of weight monitoring on readmission rate for patients with chronic heart failure. Method The questionnaire consists of patients＇ general information, New York Heart As- sociation （NYHA） class was used to analyze the related factors on the numbers of hospitalization within 6 months, body weight monitoring habits and knowledge related to weight monitoring. Result NYHA class and weight monito- ring exert influence on readmission rate. Among NYHA class HI population, weight monitoring significantly associ- ated with readrnission rate. In this group, we found better knowledge might enhance weight monitoring, however, weight monitoring could not reduce readmission rate. Conclusion Weight monitoring can not decrease readmission rate of NYHA class 11 CHF patients. Weight monitoring with specialized follow up and coping skills interventions should be combined in order to reduce readmission rate.
