移动技巧训练对预防老年股骨粗隆间再骨折的临床应用

Clinical analysis of mobilizing technique training to prevent patients femoral intertrochanteric refracture in the elderly

目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折患者股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)术后,系统化训练患者的移动技巧对预防老年股骨粗隆间再骨折的影响。方法选择粗隆间骨折单侧行PFN术患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例;对照组采用常规的物理康复训练,观察组采用与对照组相同的常规物理康复训练程序和系统化移动技巧训练。于术后1年内发生再骨折例数比较。结果对照组患者出院后1年内发生再骨折13例,而观察组仅发生5例,两组再骨折发生率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论系统的移动技巧训练能有效降低老年粗隆间骨折患者术后再骨折的发生。

Objective To investigate clinical results of elderly patients in femoral intertrochanteric fracture fixa- tion with proximal femur nail （PFN）, post-operation systematic mobilizing technique training to prevent refracture. Method A total of 120 cases with unilateral femoral intertrochanteric fracture fixation with PFN were randomly di- vided into the observation group and the controlled, each group with sum of 60 cases. The observation group was ap- plied with the ordinary physical rehabilitation training program and mobilizing technique training designed our de- partment, the controlled group only was trained with the former program, compared the femoral intertrochanteric refracture occurrence rate between both group post-operation one year. Result There were 13 cases occurrence of re- fracture the femoral intertrochanter in control group, only 5 cases in the observation group post-fixation follow up 1 year, both occurrence of refracture rates are statistically different （P^0.01）. Conclusion post-operation systematic mobilizing technique training could help reduce the occurrence of refracture rate in elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture fixation with PFN.
