姜黄素对乙醇诱导的人L-02肝细胞氧化损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄素对乙醇诱导的人L-02肝细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:体外检测不同浓度梯度的姜黄素对人L-02肝细胞活力的影响;建立体外乙醇诱导的氧化损伤细胞模型,并以不同浓度姜黄素进行干预24h,检测肝细胞MDA水平、SOD和GSH-Px的活力。结果:与正常对照组相比,乙醇模型组MDA水平显著上升,SOD和GSH-Px活力明显下降(P<0.05),经姜黄素处理,MDA水平下降,SOD和GSH-Px活力显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素可以减轻脂质过氧化程度,降低MDA含量,并提高肝细胞抗氧化的能力,使SOD与GSH-Px活性升高,发挥了对肝细胞的保护作用。 Objective:To study protective effects of curcumin on ethanol induced oxidative injury on human L-02 cell line.Methods:The cell model on ethanol-induced oxidative injury was established by culturing L-02 cell with 200mmol/L ethanol in vivo for 24 hours as ethanol model groups.Half of ethanol group was treated with Curcumin at the same time as Curcumin-treated group.The SOD,GSH-Px and MDA in each group were detected.Results:The MDA in ethanol model group was significantly increased,but the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased significantly than those in normal group respectively.After Curcumin intervention,the MDA was significantly decreased compared with the ethanol model group respectively.But the the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased significantly.Conclusion:Curcumin can protect ethanol induced oxidative injury in human L-02 cell line via alleviating lipid peroxidation and enhancing antioxidant abilities.
