宫腔镜联合中药治疗人工流产术后宫腔粘连的临床研究

Clinical Research of Uteroscope Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Intrauterine Adhesion after Induced Abortion

目的:探讨宫腔镜联合中药治疗人工流产术后宫腔粘连的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组采用宫腔镜分离宫腔粘连并于术后行上环术,治疗组在对照组的基础上于术后配合中药治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜联合中药治疗宫腔镜术后宫腔粘连疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of uteroscope combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each group.The control group was given uteroscope to separate intrauterine adhesion and placement of IUD.The treatment group was given uteroscope combined with traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.Results：The effective rate in treatment group and in control group was respectively 93.33%,73.33%.Compared the effective power,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of uteroscope combined with traditional Chinese medicine is distinct.
